This notice explains how information submitted through the YIOT MOULD website is used for manufacturing enquiries and project communication.

1. Who We Are
YIOT MOULD is a mould making and product manufacturing factory located in Chang'an Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, China. The project contact for this website is gerry.li@aiyiot.com.
2. Information We Collect
When you submit an enquiry, we may receive your name, work email, company, telephone or WhatsApp number, selected service and project description. Project drawings and other attachments are sent separately by email. The hosting provider may also process technical information such as IP address, browser type and server logs for security and operation.
3. How Information Is Used
We use submitted information to review manufacturing feasibility, communicate about your project, prepare quotations, coordinate engineering and production discussions, prevent abuse and maintain business records. We do not sell submitted personal information.
4. Drawings and Confidential Project Files
Drawings and other project files can be sent as email attachments to gerry.li@aiyiot.com. If your project requires a confidentiality agreement, request an NDA before sending confidential drawings or technical information.
5. Service Providers and International Processing
The website may use a hosting and form processing provider to receive enquiry submissions, store form records and send notifications. Project files sent by email may be processed by the email service used by the sender and recipient. Information may therefore be processed or stored outside your country. Access should be limited to personnel and service providers involved in operating the website and reviewing enquiries.
6. Retention and Security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for enquiry handling, project follow up, contractual requirements, dispute prevention and applicable legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards should be used, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your Choices
You may ask about the information associated with your enquiry, request correction or deletion where applicable, or ask us to stop nonessential communication. Requests can be sent to gerry.li@aiyiot.com. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, security or contractual reasons.
8. Website Tracking
The current website package does not include advertising or behavioral analytics scripts. The hosting provider may still use essential technical processes and server logs to deliver and protect the website. If analytics, advertising or additional cookies are introduced later, this notice and any required consent controls should be updated before activation.
