YIOT MOULD is a mould making and product manufacturing factory in Chang'an Town, Dongguan, China. We support overseas customers with English project communication, engineering review, mould manufacturing, plastic and silicone production, finishing, assembly and export coordination.
Integrated Mould and Product Manufacturing in Dongguan
Since 1997, YIOT MOULD has developed an integrated manufacturing route covering mould making, plastic injection moulding, silicone moulds and products, controlled environment spray painting, silk screen printing, pad printing and project based assembly.
The company supports a project from product review and DFM through tool construction, T0 trials, injection production, inspection, finishing, assembly and delivery. This integrated route keeps engineering decisions, tooling changes and production requirements connected within one manufacturing operation.
Tooling and production experience covers telecommunications, computer peripherals, smart home products, personal care devices, household products and other customer designed plastic and silicone applications. Customer projects are reviewed according to the actual drawing, material, appearance, volume and quality requirements.

Manufacturing Development Since 1997
YIOT MOULD began manufacturing operations in Chang'an Town in 1997. Over time, the production route expanded from mould making and injection moulding to include painting, printing, silicone processing and project based assembly.
Continued investment in tooling, inspection and moulding resources supports customer projects from development through production. Today, engineering coordination, mould making, moulding, inspection and downstream processes are connected within the same manufacturing operation.
YIOT MOULD serves international projects directly from its Dongguan factory, with the factory equipment, engineering team and manufacturing responsibilities coordinated under one name.
